My wedding dress is now too tight. This is the very same dress that fit perfectly when I bought it....I about had a heart attack when I saw what size it was, but it still fit perfect. Now? It's too tight.
I apologize, but I'm going to need to add a new element to my blogging here. I need to keep myself accountable for what I'm eating and what I'm doing/not doing in the exercise department because this is really pissing me off. So yeah. Here we go, folks....
First, let's start with yesterday:
Breakfast:
Herbalife shake with a banana mixed in
Snack:
String Cheese
Lunch:
Leftover pasta (which I know was bad)
California blend veggies
Pear
Snack:
1 slice 2% american cheese
Cup of mandarin oranges
Supper:
Dairy Queen--grilled chicken sandwich, fries and Dr. Pepper (Yes, I suck--but not as bad as I could have!)
Then came the dress fitting where I discovered I've gained like two inches since I bought my dress. In August. And that sucked. Bad.
So yeah....here's today's food thus far:
Breakfast:
Egg salad (made by me with low fat mayo) on one slice of whole wheat bread, banana
Snack: NONE
Lunch:
Egg Salad on ww toast (one slice), lettuce salad with oil & vinegar dressing (minimal), pear
Snack:
I have a 100 calorie pack of cracker type things and a string cheese.
Supper:
???????????????????????????
So anyway....if anyone has any helpful hints or suggestions of somethign I need to add/lose, please help a sister out. Right now I'm pretty depressed.
