Finally!!

I'm so excited I can barely contain myself! I FINALLY broke 140 and weighed in this morning at 139.5. I know that's not much, but it's something! Now I have that motivation to really keep working and hopefully this month I can lose more than 4 pounds. That would be fantastic!

I went to the gym last night, made a really good supper (chicken and vegetable fetuccini) from a Better Homes and Gardens "Eat Well and Lose Weight" cookbook (which I will be eating for the rest of the week--it makes 6 servings) and then picked up my house a little. I have a girl coming tonight to look at the spare room so I thought I should have things at least semi-presentable. After my good night last night I was feeling good about things...I worked out, ate well and then kept moving for part of the evening. SO, this morning I FORCED myself out of bed this morning to do my Bob's Bootcamp DVD. I like this one a lot because it's easy enough that I can actually get through it, but hard enough that I can really feel it even by the end of the day. It's great. I plan on the same course of action tomorrow morning, but my guess is I'll be pretty sore. I'll have to suck it up, though, because I know when Luke's home I won't get any workouts in really and that's not good for my "Staying Under 140" plan.

The countdown to Luke is on....he will be here sometime during the night on Thursday night. SO excited about that.

Oh, I almost forgot my food for today....

Breakfast:
1/2 ww english muffin
1 egg
1 slice 2% American cheese
I also took Emergen-C, which adds a few calories, but I've been feeling a cold coming on, and a couple multi-vitamins. I need to get back in the habit of taking vitamins.

Lunch:
Leftovers from last night
Spinach salad
String Cheese
Apple

Snack:
I might save that string cheese for a snack since I FORGOT MY LUNA BAR. MAN, I hate when I do that!

Dinner:
Leftovers from last night and a pear maybe. I have a couple that are about ready to eat so I better get on that before they go bad.

Tonight: Gym, showing my house, preparing Tastefully Simple stuff for my party on Saturday night and bed. Hopefully early bed. Last night I was sleeping by 10:05 and that worked out fine.

Wee HOO! Good for you! Very very proud of you. Keep the momentum going. You will do fine!!!

So glad Luke is coming home to spend time with you. I am certainly worried about being in a long distance relationship and how we are going to be able to sustain this from a distance.

Congratulations! I'm hoping to get under 200 this week. Except everyday I feel fatter. I don't know if it is because I am hyper aware or if it is because I am getting fatter! Lol! Guess we will find out Friday!
