So really, I'm just ready to start losing like five pounds a week. I would cry tears of joy if that happened.
Anyway.....I hit up the gym last night and didn't QUITE do as well as I did the day before, but I still had way over four miles.
I'm busy. Feeling overwhelmed and I don't have anything to do at work. That makes it even worse. I just sit here on my rear all freaking day doing nothing and I have TONS of stuff I could be doing elsewhere.
I've been reading my new Biggest Loser 30-day Jump Start book and I think I'm going to try it. Probably about the middle of March will be a good time. See, you need 30 days where you don't have a whole lot going on so you're not tempted and such. I've got too much stuff going on right now and it's hard enough making decent choices when eating out let alone NOT eating out at all, really.
I've also been thinking about what to give up for lent. I'm having a tough time with it. I don't have anything bad that I eat every day. I WISH I drank pop. That would be an easy thing to give up AND lose some weight but nope. If I was going to give up anything that I'd miss a LOT it would be gum and water. Go figure. Maybe I'll do the absolutly no sweets thing. Hmmmm.....
I'm getting ready to head to Minneapolis for another T.S. conference this weekend. I'm excited about it. Can't wait to get more ideas and see what the new Spring/Summer products are going to be.
I have also made the executive decision that starting with supper tonight I will have 24 hours of eating what I want without thinking about it. It's my birthday, I do what I want. For one day. Friday I'll be back to thiiiiiinking every time I order, which is SO annoying. :)

Hopefully things will quiet down a bit for you. Stress is one of the worst things for trying to lose weight.
Happy Birthday Eve!!
I meant to tell you that my friend (who is VERY short) had a very hard time losing weight. She started using the Biggest Loser cookbook and goes to the gym regulary and has lost a considerable amount of weight!
Also, since you are now working out you are turning your fat areas to muscle and just remember that muscle weighs more than fat. It will start falling off quicker soon!

I feel your pain! I really do!
I hope you had a fabulous birthday and ate all kinds of very yummy stuff!
